We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Executive Assistant to support a busy CEO involved in real estate, philanthropy, and music ventures. This role is ideal for someone proactive, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Manage scheduling, meetings, and calendar coordination
Assist with travel arrangements and executive support
Organize digital files, media, and footage
Update social media, website, and YouTube content
Help oversee day-to-day operations across multiple ventures
Handle communication and administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
Prior Executive Assistant or administrative experience preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented
Positive attitude and strong communication skills
Comfortable with social media and digital organization
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
