What You Bring

- Background in a startup or high-growth environment strongly preferred - you know what it means to build the plane while flying it
- Experience supporting distributed or fully remote teams across multiple geographies
- Years of experience are not the bar - we care about ownership, judgment, passion and dedication to the overall goals
Requirements
- MS Office Suite - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint at a confident working level
- AI tools - A basic knowledge (paired with an extreme curiosity) of AI tools is a must.
- Availability across relevant time zones (EST-PST coverage expected)
- Reliable high-speed internet and a professional remote work setup
- Availability for occasional off-hours support during travel, events, or critical business moments
Budget - 70K to 80K (Including Base + Variable)
