Executive Assistant / Legal Assistant

Location: In-Office in West Los Angeles. Parking covered

We're looking for a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant / Legal Assistant to support a fast-paced office. This role is ideal for someone who takes initiative, stays ahead of deadlines, and thrives without constant direction.


What You'll Do

  • Manage calendars and proactively keep leadership (Sandra) on schedule
  • Coordinate meetings, calls, and client communications
  • Serve as the final review for memos and letters (proofreading/editing with Track Changes)
  • Prepare, format, and organize legal and business documents
  • Communicate with clients and managing agents professionally
  • Maintain organized files, workflows, and deadlines using Caret
  • Handle daily administrative tasks and office coordination
  • Contribute to a smooth, positive office environment

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of real, hands-on experience as an EA and/or Legal Assistant
  • Self-starter who can work independently (no reliance on AI tools)
  • Extremely organized with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and proofreading skills
  • Professional, dependable, and proactive mindset
  • Comfortable working in a Mac-based office
