Amazon Leo People Experience and Technology organization is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support the Director of Kuiper PXT as well as one additional PXT director.

Amazon Leo is Amazon's low Earth orbit satellite broadband network. Its mission is to deliver fast, reliable internet to customers and communities around the world. Our mission as the Leo PXT team is to deliver best in class human resource support to empower and effectively scale the global Leo operation and accelerate our mission of connecting the unconnected.

This high-visibility role requires a strategic mindset, superior judgment, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguous situations, demonstrates exceptional emotional intelligence, and excels at building trusted partnerships across all levels of the organization. This role requires sophisticated calendar management, complex travel coordination, and the ability to anticipate and proactively address leadership needs in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key job responsibilities

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Provide sophisticated calendar management for senior leadership, requiring strategic prioritization and frequent real-time adjustments.
  • Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries, logistics, and expense management
  • Partner closely with multiple executive offices, demonstrating excellent judgment and maintaining strict confidentiality
  • Lead end-to-end event planning and execution for leadership meetings, off-sites, and strategic gatherings
  • Manage sensitive communications and documentation with internal and external stakeholders
  • Drive preparation of executive communications, presentations, and briefing materials
  • Act as a trusted liaison between leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Anticipate needs and proactively develop solutions in highly ambiguous situations

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
  • 5+ years of senior level leadership support, or 3+ years of Amazon experience
  • High school or equivalent diploma

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading process improvements
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
  • Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency
