Our services include a state-of-the-art psychiatric urgent care center and a soon-to-be-built pediatric behavioral health center, outpatient, inpatient, partial hospitalization (day programs), assessment and testing, residential, addiction treatment and specialty services such as crisis response, employee assistance programs, forensic psychiatry and psychology, and neuromodulation. On-the-job educational programs for nurses, psychologists, advanced practice providers, psychiatrists, and chaplains are equipping the next generation of care providers.

What Will You Do?

As a Executive Assistant Level 2 at Pine Rest, you'll be part of tight-knit team that believes in the healing power of your expertise and compassion. As an assistant and representative of a Group Director or Executive, this position plans, implements and completes assigned administrative projects and offers administrative support under minimal supervision. The Executive Assistant must demonstrate excellent customer service and have enthusiasm about the program and the Pine Rest organization.

What Does This Role Require?

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge, skills, experience, and abilities are required in a related field.
  • Direct experience working within a fund development program preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and ability to learn and effectively apply new computer applications required. Experience with Raiser's Edge fundraising software preferred.
