Job Description Overview
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the Vice President of Human Resources and HR leadership. Responsibilities include managing executive calendars, coordinating meetings, preparing presentations and reports, handling confidential correspondence, organizing travel and events, maintaining records, and assisting with HR-related projects and initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, professional, and capable of managing multiple priorities while exercising sound judgment and maintaining strict confidentiality.
 
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is polished, professional, and comfortable supporting executive leadership in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
 
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience supporting senior-level executives or executive leadership.
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant supporting high-level leadership.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including:
  • Outlook
  • Word
  • Excel
  • PowerPoint
  • Windows
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Professional appearance and executive-level presence.
High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
Stable work history with demonstrated reliability and professionalism.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred.
 
Preferred Qualifications
  • Five (5)+ years supporting C-level or senior executives.
  • Previous Human Resources support experience.
  • Experience within healthcare organizations.
  • Familiarity with HR compliance, onboarding, or other HR functions.
  • Experience coordinating executive calendars, meetings, travel, and confidential communications.
