Position Summary:<\/b>
<\/div>We are seeking a resourceful and proactive Executive Assistant to support our leadership team. This role is office -based at our Miami Beach location and involves a combination of executive administrative tasks, personal errands, and occasional driving. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail -oriented, and comfortable managing a range of responsibilities with discretion.

Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/p>- Provide daily support to the executive team, including managing emails, scheduling meetings, and facilitating internal and external communications.
<\/li> - Coordinate and oversee property management activities such as tracking work orders, communicating with tenants, and liaising with vendors.
<\/li> - Handle personal errands for the executive team, including scheduling personal appointments, coordinating travel, and running personal errands.
<\/li> - Drive to complete occasional tasks, such as posting notices or depositing checks.
<\/li> - Manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
<\/li> - Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence.
<\/li> - Support project management, helping to ensure deadlines are met.
<\/li> - Conduct research and summarize findings for executive review.
<\/li> - Communicate effectively between clients, internal teams, and external partners to ensure smooth business operations.

Requirements<\/h3>

- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
<\/li> - Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
<\/li> - Strong organizational and time -management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
<\/li> - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
<\/li> - Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
<\/li> - Strong attention to detail and problem -solving abilities.
<\/li> - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
<\/li> - Ability to work independently and proactively identify areas for improvement.
<\/li> - Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a plus.
