Position Responsibilities:
This is a high-impact, strategic executive support role designed for someone who operates as a true extension of the CEO. You will ensure the CEO's time, attention, and reputation are protected while driving execution across key priorities. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to hold operational detail so leadership can stay focused on vision and growth.
This role includes:
- Calendar architecture and strategic scheduling ownership, ensuring all time aligns with company priorities and protecting deep work and recovery blocks
- Inbox triage and first-read filtering, including responding on behalf of the CEO, drafting communications, and escalating only what requires attention with clear recommendations
- Monitoring and managing digital presence across platforms, identifying and resolving potential reputation risks quickly
- Owning logistics and execution for events, offsites, speaking engagements, and cross-functional projects tied to the CEO
- Coordinating sensitive operational matters across legal, finance, and HR stakeholders while maintaining strict confidentiality
- Managing both professional and personal coordination points to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
Qualifications
- Proven experience supporting a CEO, founder, or C-suite executive in a corporate or high-growth environment
- Strong experience managing complex calendars, inboxes, travel, and scheduling at a high level
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems proactively
- Executive-level written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write in another person's voice
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously with strong follow-through
- High level of discretion, judgment, and ability to handle confidential information
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth, and often ambiguous environments
- Experience using modern tools and AI to improve efficiency and output
- Ability to remain composed and solutions-oriented during high-pressure or rapidly changing situations
