Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to senior executives. Salary/Hourly Rate: $40/hr - $45/hr
Position Overview: The Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted administrative partner to senior leadership, managing complex schedules, travel, communications, and day-to-day executive priorities. The ideal candidate is polished, resourceful, highly organized, and accustomed to supporting demanding executives in a fast-paced corporate setting.
Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:- Manage complex and frequently changing executive calendars.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings across multiple stakeholders.
- Arrange domestic and international travel and prepare detailed itineraries.
- Process expense reports, invoices, and reimbursements.
- Prepare presentations, reports, correspondence, and meeting materials.
- Coordinate conference calls, video meetings, and executive-level events.
- Serve as a liaison between executives, clients, investors, and internal teams.
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve scheduling and logistical conflicts.
- Maintain confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.
- Track deadlines, follow-ups, and action items.
- Assist with special projects and additional executive support as needed.
Required Experience/Skills for the Executive Assistant:- 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience.
- Experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Exceptional calendar management and travel coordination skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly polished and professional executive presence.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to anticipate needs and operate with minimal supervision.
- Strong judgment and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Ability to remain composed while managing competing priorities and tight deadlines.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Executive Assistant:- Previous experience within Financial Services, Private Equity, Investment Banking, Hedge Funds, Asset Management, or Investment Management.
- Experience supporting Managing Directors, Partners, or C-suite executives.
- Experience with Concur or similar travel and expense platforms.
Education Requirements:- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
