Executive Administrative Assistant
Location: New York City, NY (100% Onsite – 5 Days/Week)
Pay: $30–$34/hour
Duration: 03 Month Contract (Potential Extension)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Overtime Eligible (40+ Hours)
We are seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to senior leadership within a fast-paced corporate environment. Responsibilities
- Provide executive-level administrative support to two senior leaders
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics
- Arrange domestic and international travel, itineraries, and expense reporting
- Prepare, edit, and format presentations, reports, correspondence, and other business documents
- Coordinate meetings, track action items, and monitor project deliverables
- Serve as a trusted resource for administrative processes and office procedures
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Collaborate across departments to support business initiatives and resolve administrative needs
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and efficiencies
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of executive or senior-level administrative support experience
- Proven experience supporting senior executives in a corporate environment
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative approach
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and sound judgment
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience supporting executives within a large financial services organization
- Experience with complex travel coordination and executive calendar management
- Prior experience with a major banking or financial institution is highly preferred
