Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Executive Assistant. This role will be supporting the Division Head of the department to manage heavy calendar appointments and coordination of meetings.
Job Description
- Manage complex, high-volume executive calendars and coordinate meetings efficiently
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring proper preparation and follow-through
- Provide administrative support to senior leadership (C-suite level)
- Prepare, edit, and manage documents and presentations
- Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and efficiency in all tasks
Skills Required
- 3–5 years of experience supporting C-suite or senior executive-level roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with sound judgment
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, including creating, editing, saving, and printing documents; knowledgeable in PowerPoint and Access
- Preferred experience in healthcare, particularly supporting large-scale hospital environments
Education/Training/Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Master’s degree preferred
Additional requirements
- Shift Time: 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Pay Rate
- Pay range: $46–$54 per hour, based on experience, skills, and market factors
