Atlantic Group is hiring an Executive Assistant in New York, NY for our client, supporting a senior executive within a fast-paced financial services environment. This highly visible role will focus primarily on complex calendar management, executive scheduling, meeting coordination, and high-level administrative support. The ideal candidate will bring experience supporting a single C-level executive, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a demanding environment.

Responsibilities as the Executive Assistant:
  • Calendar Management: Manage a high-volume executive calendar, prioritize meeting requests, and coordinate complex scheduling across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Executive Support: Serve as a key point of contact for senior leadership, business partners, and external contacts while supporting day-to-day executive needs.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize internal and external meetings, prepare materials, and ensure seamless execution of scheduling logistics.
  • Travel & Expense Management: Coordinate business travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, and manage expense reporting and related administrative activities.
  • Project Support: Assist with presentations, reports, special projects, and executive-level administrative initiatives as needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner closely with administrative and operational teams to support business priorities and maintain efficient workflows.
Qualifications for the Executive Assistant:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Experience: 5-15 years of experience supporting a C-level executive, founder, managing partner, or senior executive in a financial services or professional services environment is required.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience within investment management, financial services, private equity, hedge funds, professional services, or related industries is required.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, is required.
  • Skills & Attributes: Exceptional organizational, communication, time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage a high-volume calendar and maintain strict confidentiality are required.
