Executive Assistant of Student Services

Responsibility:
The Executive Assistant reports directly to the Executive Director of Student Services.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to succeed in complex and changing environments. Proven ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with people of diverse backgrounds, including administrators, teachers, staff, parents, guardians, students, and community members. Outstanding communicator with a high level of speaking and writing skills with the ability to convey messaging to diverse audiences.
General Responsibilities:
Working with minimal supervision, the Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the Student Services Department, which manages sensitive and/or confidential information regarding students. The executive assistant will perform varied and responsible duties that require accuracy, good judgment, confidentiality, and the ability to work well with others.
The Executive Assistant will coordinate, carry out, and support activities essential to the Student Services Department's efficiency, effectiveness, and responsiveness.
