Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, travel, and communications with discretion.
Coordinate leadership and board meetings, prepare presentations, and serve as a liaison across teams and vendors.
Oversee office facilities, supplies, and maintenance to ensure an organized workplace.
Plan office events, wellness initiatives, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
Track action items, support administrative tasks, and assist with special projects.
Ideal candidates have 3-5+ years supporting executives or managing office operations, strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience in fast-paced environments.
