LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a nonprofit client in the Oklahoma City, OK area to fill an Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Programs. This is a fulltime role, onsite. Normal business hours.

Position SummaryThe Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Vice President of Programs. This role manages calendars, meetings, communications, travel, and special projects while serving as a key liaison with community partners, board members, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, travel, and executive correspondence.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and materials, and track follow-up actions.
- Support program initiatives, grantmaking activities, and departmental projects.
- Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other executive documents.
- Serve as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate event logistics, board and committee meetings, and community engagements.
- Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Qualifications- 5+ years of executive assistant or senior administrative support experience.
- Strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism.
- Nonprofit, foundation, philanthropy, or community organization experience preferred.
