Could you be the one to make a difference? **Role Overview** The Senior Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and strategic support to senior leadership, including CXOs, VPs, and SVPs, within a fast-paced IT organization. This role requires advanced organizational, communication, and technology skills to manage complex priorities, coordinate cross-functional activities, and ensure seamless business operations. **Key Responsibilities** **Executive Support** + Manage complex calendars, meetings, and appointments across multiple time zones + Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, visas, accommodations, and itineraries + Collaborate with executive leadership teams and coordinate with senior offices such as CEO, CFO, and other leadership stakeholders + Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials for leadership discussions + Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and correspondence + Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders **Meeting & Event Coordination** + Organize executive meetings, board meetings, and leadership reviews + Prepare agendas, capture minutes, and track action items to completion + Coordinate town halls, client visits, and internal events + Ensure proper setup and use of collaboration tools such as MS Teams + Partner with executive assistants across the organization to support enterprise-level meetings and events **Stakeholder Management** + Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive business information + Build and sustain strong cross-functional relationships across departments such as HR, Finance, and IT **Communication & Reporting** + Draft professional communications, including emails and presentations + Prepare regular reports, executive summaries, and updates + Ensure alignment and consistency in communication across team **Required Skills and Competencies** **Technical Skills** + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) + Familiarity with collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint + Basic understanding of IT processes and terminology + Experience with calendar and task management tools **Core Competencies** + Strong organizational and multitasking abilities + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + High discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality + Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills + Attention to detail and accuracy + Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines ] **Qualifications** + Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field + 10-20 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably within the IT or BPO industry + Prior experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams The working arrangements for this role are accurate as of the date of posting. Based on this role's business requirements, this is a remote position open to qualified applicants in the United States. The annual salary for this position is between $85,000 - $95,000, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
