Position Overview
Growing family-run product business seeking an Executive Assistant/ Operations Coordinator to act as a true right hand to ownership. This person will help keep communication moving, stay ahead of priorities, and create organization as the company continues to grow.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes initiative, solves problems independently, and naturally removes work from an executive’s plate rather than waiting for direction.
Must-Haves
- Prior executive assistant, office management, operations, or administrative experience preferred
- Highly organized with strong follow-through
- Proactive with excellent judgment and common sense
- Comfortable managing emails, priorities, and fast-moving communication
- Strong Excel/spreadsheet skills
- Able to work independently and take ownership
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage executive emails and communication
- Prioritize urgent matters and keep follow-ups moving
- Help organize schedules, projects, and outstanding tasks
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, factories, and logistics partners
- Assist with pricing spreadsheets and administrative support
- Anticipate needs, solve problems, and ensure details don’t fall through the cracks
Important Note
This role includes daily evening email monitoring/responding as needed, due to communication with different regions and time zones. Flexibility and ownership are important.
