Executive Assistant – Be the Strategic Partner Behind Executive Success

Are you a highly organized, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? As an Executive Assistant, you'll do much more than manage calendars—you'll serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to senior leaders, helping drive priorities, streamline operations, and ensure critical initiatives move forward with confidence.

In this role, you'll be at the center of executive decision-making, coordinating across teams, anticipating needs before they arise, and creating seamless experiences that allow leaders to focus on what matters most. What You'll Do

Executive & Leadership Partnership

  • Manage complex executive calendars, competing priorities, and strategic commitments.

  • Plan and coordinate leadership meetings, town halls, offsites, and executive events.

  • Prepare presentations, agendas, briefing materials, and follow-up action plans.

  • Monitor executive communications and identify high-priority matters.

  • Anticipate challenges, remove obstacles, and keep leadership teams operating efficiently.

Communication & Collaboration

  • Serve as a key liaison between executives, business partners, and stakeholders.

  • Draft professional communications, presentations, talking points, and announcements.

  • Coordinate executive messaging and communication channels.

  • Ensure commitments, deadlines, and deliverables remain on track.

Project & Program Support

  • Support strategic initiatives and high-visibility projects.

  • Track milestones, action items, and project progress.

  • Partner across teams to drive alignment and resolve issues.

  • Maintain operational documentation, processes, and standards.

Meeting & Event Management

  • Lead planning and logistics for executive meetings and leadership events.

  • Coordinate venues, technology, catering, materials, and attendee experiences.

  • Support executive visits, employee engagement events, and offsite meetings.

  • Document outcomes and ensure timely follow-through on key decisions and action items.

Business Operations & Reporting

  • Create executive-ready presentations, dashboards, reports, and scorecards.

  • Compile business updates and leadership reporting materials.

  • Assist with budget administration, expense management, and invoice processing.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Governance & Confidentiality

  • Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.

  • Maintain accurate, audit-ready records and documentation.

  • Support operational controls, governance processes, and compliance requirements.

  • Escalate risks and concerns appropriately to protect the business.

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Typically five or more years of experience in administrative and support staff activities

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to interpret data, generate reports, and support business needs

  • Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities

  • Experience supporting senior leaders or working in a fast-paced corporate environment

Location Expectations

This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $24.18 - $32.21
