Founders & Top Sales Producer
Location: Phoenix, AZ (On-site - in-office at retail store)
Type: Full-Time | 45-50 hours/week in office + availability as needed after hours
Reports to: Founders and Top Sales Producer

About the Company
We are a fast-growing, $100M jewelry retailer with 23 stores across 4 states and plans to
expand to 35-40 locations in the next 6-12 months. Since opening our first store in 1997, we
have grown almost entirely organically, driven by a relentless focus on excellence, customer
experience, and operational execution.
This is an explosive growth environment, with multiple priorities, overlapping responsibilities,
and high-stakes decisions happening simultaneously. The owners and top producers work
endless hour days, 7 days a week, and this role exists to create order, efficiency, and seamless
execution in an environment where chaos is the norm.
This is a brand-new role that requires a true professional who has a demonstrated history of
thriving in high-pressure, high-energy environments.

Position Overview
The Executive / Personal Assistant will be the right hand to the Founders and a top-
performing sales producer, managing everything from administrative tasks to personal and
professional coordination.
There are no limits to the types of tasks you may be asked to perform-if it needs to be done, it
will fall on your shoulders. This role is for someone who does not watch the clock, thrives in
fast paced environment, and can handle extreme flexibility with grace, resourcefulness, and
calm under pressure.
This is not a 9-5 role. You must be comfortable working 45-50+ hours per week, on-site, in a
retail store environment, and pivoting between personal, professional, and operational priorities
without missing a beat.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative &Operational Support
? Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and other materials as needed
? Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion
? Manage calendars, schedules, and priorities for the Founders and top sales producer
? Coordinate meetings, travel, appointments, and personal commitments with precision
Personal Support & Life Management
? Support personal tasks and household coordination as needed
? Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems before they arise
? Manage and prioritize competing tasks seamlessly
Organizational Efficiency & Chaos Management
? Bring order to a high-energy, high-velocity environment with multiple priorities
? Develop systems and processes to improve efficiency and reduce friction
? Track and manage follow-ups, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple projects
? Act as a force multiplier, ensuring no ball is dropped
Ad-Hoc / Anything & Everything
? Handle urgent, last-minute tasks without hesitation
? Be willing to step into any role necessary to support the business or personal demands
? Coordinate between store operations, corporate needs, and personal projects

What We're Looking For
Critical Characteristics:
? Elite EA / PA experience supporting high-performing executives or entrepreneurs
? Proven ability to manage the calendars and priorities of people who work non-stop
? Calm under pressure, able to pivot quickly without losing composure
? Resourceful problem-solver who can figure things out independently
? Incredible attention to detail and organizational skills
? Relentless prioritization ability, knowing what needs attention first
? Comfortable working long hours in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
? Absolute discretion and trustworthiness
? Funnels information up as needed to keep key stakeholders in the know without bogging
them down with "more stuff".

Experience:
? Minimum of 5-7+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant for
high-energy executives or founders
? History of thriving in chaotic, high-demand environments
? Track record of creating order from chaos and implementing systems that improve
efficiency
Non-Negotiables:
? Willingness to work 45-50 hours per week, on-site
? Open to taking calls / text messages after hours to field quick questions or needs as
they arise.
? Not intimidated by high-pressure, constantly changing environments
? Proactive and anticipates needs without being told
? Comfortable with both professional and personal responsibilities
