Shape executive effectiveness and employee experience at scale.Job DescriptionAct as a trusted partner to senior HR leaders and executive stakeholders. Manage complex executive calendars, priorities, meetings, and travel. Prepare executive presentations, reports, briefings, and communications. Track action items, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure accountability. Coordinate domestic and international travel, expenses, and documentation. Support executive visits, leadership meetings, and high-visibility projects. Lead employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and events. Plan and execute Town Halls, leadership meetings, and conferences. Partner with HR teams on communications, on-boarding, and culture initiatives. Coordinate cross-functionally with Finance, IT, Facilities, and Operations. Manage vendors, purchase orders, and office or event logistics.
