Position OverviewThis is
not a traditional Executive Assistant role. The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic business partner to senior leadership, supporting executive operations, project coordination, reporting, communications, travel, and organizational initiatives. The position requires strong judgment, discretion, organization, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage complex executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate executive communications and correspondence
- Prepare reports, presentations, agendas, and meeting materials.
- Assist with data analysis, project coordination, KPI reporting, and business operations.
- Support budgeting, administrative processes, and organizational initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Ideal Background- 3+ years of Executive Assistant or senior administrative support experience.
- Experience supporting senior executives in a complex or professional environment.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent written communication, grammar, and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
