Executive Assistant

The Hiring Advisors is partnering with a premier law firm in Redondo Beach to find an Executive Assistant who is ready to run the show. This is not your traditional executive assistant desk.

You will be supporting the head of a fast-paced legal group.

The Basics

• Location: Redondo Beach, CA
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 3-8 hours a day
• Compensation: $38 - $57 per hour (DOE)

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

• Managing a demanding, ever-changing calendar of meetings, video conferences, and calls.
• Anticipating scheduling conflicts and flawlessly coordinating travel and logistics across multiple time zones.
• Tracking active matters, redlining documents, and coordinating the execution of complex, multi-party agreements.
• Handling the highly essential administrative duties like time entry, billing, preparing retainer agreements, and expense reporting.

You Are Our Ideal Candidate If:

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree.
• You bring at least 3 years of experience as an executive assistant supporting high-level attorneys or executives.
• You have exceptional organizational and time-management skills, allowing you to remain completely unflappable under high pressure.
• You possess strong interpersonal skills and a polished demeanor to interact comfortably with high-profile clients.
• You are a master of Microsoft Word and Outlook (bonus points if you have experience with billing systems!).
• You understand the absolute necessity of strict confidentiality and discretion in the legal industry.
