Position Summary:
Ensure the smooth flow of the day-to-day administrative functions of an executive office by assisting
management in any function necessary while maintaining a professional and confidential attitude. Interfaces with
EVP Performance Foodservice, as well as other senior management personnel, and co-workers. Functions as a team
member within the department and cross-functions, as required, and performs any duty assigned to best serve
the company.
Position Responsibilities:
- Responsible for heavy calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external executives
and assistants, as well as suppliers and customers, to coordinate a variety of executive meetings.
- Create presentations, reports and forms using personal computer as requested by management.
- Communicate and handle incoming and outgoing electronic communications.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
- Arrange travel schedule and reservations for executive management, as needed.
- Travels periodically based on event coordination needs.
- Performs other duties as assigned
