Job Description

We're seeking a high-trust, detail-driven Executive Assistant to support a CEO and select senior leaders within a growing, well-established organization located in the Sacramento area.   • 100% Onsite - Sacramento, CA
  • Pay: $70,000-$80,000 per year ( DOE)
Responsibilities
  • Provide direct administrative support to the CEO, including calendar coordination, prioritization of requests, and daily workflow management
  • Manage the CEO's inbox with discretion-flagging urgent items, organizing communications, and ensuring timely follow-through
  • Handle confidential mail, documents, and information with accuracy and sensitivity
  • Support senior leaders with administrative tasks, project coordination, and documentation
  • Assist with domestic and international travel arrangements and process expense reports
  • Prepare materials for executive meetings and quarterly board sessions
  • Support HR with audits, document processing, and sensitive administrative tasks
  • Coordinate special projects requiring confidentiality and attention to detail
  • Maintain awareness of the CEO's schedule, travel, and priorities to ensure seamless support
  • Proactively identify tasks, projects, and opportunities to improve administrative processes
  • Provide occasional personal assistance to the CEO (e.g., errands, appointment coordination)
Skills & Qualifications
  • 3+ years of administrative or executive support experience; experience supporting senior leaders preferred
  • High level of confidentiality, integrity, and sound judgment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities and complex schedules
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and follow-through
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to adapt to executive communication styles
  • Resourceful, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative without constant direction
  • Professional, tactful, and able to build strong working relationships
  • Positive, considerate, and team-oriented; enjoys supporting others
  • Interest in health/wellness or consumer products is a plus
