About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Executive Assistant to support a fast-paced entrepreneur and business owner in St. George, Utah. This role requires a high level of discretion, professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
This is a hybrid position, meaning some tasks may be completed remotely, however regular in-person availability in St. George is required for meetings, errands, scheduling support, organization, and business-related needs. Initially will start as a part-time position with a future transition to full-time.
The ideal candidate is highly responsive, tech-savvy, detail-oriented, resourceful, and thrives in a dynamic environment where priorities can shift quickly.
What You’ll Do
Executive & Administrative Support
- Manage calendars, appointments, scheduling, and coordination
- Monitor and respond to emails, texts, and communications
- Organize tasks, priorities, deadlines, and follow-through
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Assist with travel planning, reservations, and logistics
- Maintain organization of files, systems, and workflows
- Track projects and ensure completion of action items
Operations & Personal Assistance
- Assist with business and personal administrative tasks
- Run local errands and handle occasional in-person needs
- Coordinate vendors, appointments, and service providers
- Help improve systems, organization, and efficiencies
- Maintain confidentiality with sensitive information and communications
Communication & Project Coordination
- Provide proactive updates on tasks and projects
- Identify bottlenecks, delays, or missed items before they become problems
- Maintain weekly status reporting on completed and pending tasks
- Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and partners when needed

Required Qualifications:
- Must be located in or near St. George, Utah
- Reliable transportation and ability to meet in person as needed
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning software platforms
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset
- Highly dependable and responsive
Preferred Experience
- Experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role
- Calendar management and scheduling experience
- Familiarity with productivity tools, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, CRMs, project management tools, and communication platforms
- Experience supporting business owners or executives is a plus
Work Environment
