Responsibilities: • Manage and coordinate pastoral calendars, meetings, and events • Handle communication (email, scheduling, follow-ups) on behalf of pastors • Assist in planning and executing church events and initiatives • Support Next Steps systems (connection cards, Grow Track, follow-ups) • Maintain organization of documents, reports, and ministry workflows • Serve as a liaison between pastors, staff, and volunteers Qualifications: • Strong organizational and time management skills • High attention to detail and follow-through • Excellent communication (written and verbal) • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity • Heart for ministry and alignment with Centerpoint's mission and values • Experience with tools like Google Workspace, Calendly, and Planning Center (preferred) Compensation: $50,000
