Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level support to executive leadership, managing calendars, meetings, and communications

  • Plan, organize, and execute events and projects, ensuring seamless logistics and engagement
  • Draft and review communications for internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to support cross-functional projects
  • Anticipate executive needs and proactively identify opportunities to add value
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Contribute to process improvements, operational efficiencies, and team growth
