Responsibilities:

  • -Answer multiple phone lines
  • -Assist General Manager with administrative duties
  • -Manage General Manager's email and calendar
  • -Book travel and make transportation arrangements
  • -Draft and/or proofread communication memos
  • -Manage information flow
  • -Serve as "gate-keeper" to the General Manager with vendors
  • -Occasional personal assistant tasks
  • -Prepare and set-up meeting space with materials and catering
  • -Manage expense reports and accounts payable items
  • -Assist all associates in a friendly and helpful manner
  • -Represent Sewell in a positive and professional manner in community events
  • -Assist Marketing and HR with various activities

Requirements:

  • -High school diploma
  • -Organization and attention to detail
  • -Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Products
  • -Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • -Ability to multi-task
  • -Meticulous attention to detail
  • -Focus and professionalism
  • -Genuine desire to serve
