## Job Description
Pay Range: $38 - $46.00/hour plus annual bonus.
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

Role Summary The Executive Assistant will support the Sr. VP of Enterprise Operations from Quest Diagnostics Secaucus NJ-based HQ. This is not a traditional Executive Assistant role-Its a high-exposure, high-accountability position for someone who wants to learn how senior leaders operate, how decisions are made, and how large teams scale.
The Executive Assistant will operate as an extension of the Sr. VP - managing time, information flow, and priorities. Over time, the role can evolve toward operations leadership or Chief of Staff-type responsibilities for the right person.
