Executive Assistant (Finance Leadership Support)

Location: Stamford, CT (Onsite)
Pay: $38.36 - $43.36/hour
Duration: Contract with potential for extension

The Fountain Group is hiring an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior Finance leadership for a prominent client. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced corporate environment and has experience supporting executive leadership, managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, and working with supplier management systems like Coupa.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant
  • 2+ years of experience with Coupa or similar supplier management software
  • 2+ years supporting senior-level executives in a corporate environment
  • 4+ years of experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to four Senior Vice Presidents within the Finance organization
  • Manage complex executive calendars, meetings, and scheduling changes
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and logistics
  • Prepare and reconcile travel and expense reports
  • Process purchase orders, statements of work, invoices, and vendor payments through Coupa
  • Support supplier management and accounts payable activities
  • Prepare meeting materials and ensure documents are distributed accurately and on time
  • Coordinate on-site and off-site meetings and events
  • Communicate proactively with executives and stakeholders to resolve scheduling and administrative issues
  • Handle special projects and additional administrative duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with supplier management and accounts payable processes
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams, Nitro Pro, and corporate travel booking systems
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team
