The Science Team at Pride Health supporting the Pharmaceutical Industry that has an opening for Executive Assistant in Summit, NJ
 
Position Summary:
Seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior executives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
 
Additional Details:
Contract Length: 3+ Months with the possibility of extensions  
Pay range: $36 to $46 per hour on W2 (As per experience)
 
Primary Support

  • SVP, Head of R&D / Chief Medical Officer
  • Head of North America Medical Affairs
  • Head of Global Medical Strategy
  • Occasional administrative support for additional leadership members as needed
 
Responsibilities
  • Provide executive-level administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
  • Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports in accordance with company policy.
  • Create and edit professional PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets, and Word documents.
  • Coordinate meetings and communications with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Assist with special projects and ensure priorities are managed effectively.
 
Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of Executive Assistant or senior administrative experience.
  • Experience supporting senior executives strongly preferred.
  • Pharmaceutical industry and international business experience are a plus but not required.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

 
 
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
