Position Overview
We are seeking a highly professional and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide direct support to the Chief Executive Officer in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This role requires a polished, organized, and proactive individual who can effectively manage executive priorities while maintaining a high level of discretion and professionalism.
The ideal candidate has prior experience supporting senior leadership, preferably within a medical or healthcare setting, and is looking for a long-term opportunity with a stable and growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate and manage complex schedules, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities
- Prepare high-level correspondence, reports, presentations, and executive communications
- Serve as a professional liaison between the CEO, physicians, leadership team, and external stakeholders
- Assist in planning and coordinating meetings, presentations, and company-wide initiatives
- Support special projects, including tracking deadlines, organizing materials, and ensuring timely execution
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive and executive-level information
- Prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Qualifications
- 2+ years of Executive Assistant or high-level administrative experience (supporting senior leadership required)
- Prior experience in a healthcare or medical environment strongly preferred
- Proven ability to interact professionally with physicians, executives, and leadership teams
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail

Technical Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with calendar management and scheduling tools

Compensation:
$50,000-$65,000 per year
