Position Summary
BayCare is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to provide advanced administrative and executive support to a Vice President and senior leadership team. This key role serves as a trusted partner, ensuring the efficient management of executive priorities, complex schedules, communications, meetings, and special projects.
Responsibilities include coordinating calendars and appointments, screening and managing communications, arranging travel, preparing correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials, and handling sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality. The Executive Assistant will interact regularly with leaders, physicians, team members, and external stakeholders, requiring exceptional communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
