Are you the person executives rely on when something mission-critical needs to get done? The person who thrives at the intersection of execution and problem-solving? Who sees five competing priorities and immediately knows what needs to happen first? Who gets genuine satisfaction from being able to say, “It’s handled”?
We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to CEO to join us at Catholic Charities Fort Worth. You’ll have a front-row seat to executive decision-making, organizational strategy, and the day-to-day realities of leading a dynamic, evidence-backed nonprofit.
You might be a fit if you are...
Proactive and independent
Analytical and focused on results
Highly organized, but not paralyzed by perfectionism
Driven by deadlines and a sense of urgency
The person others trust when the stakes are high

key priorities. For someone who aspires to lead a mission-driven
organization one day, few roles offer a better vantage point. - Real Impact: Support innovative, research-backed solutions
that help families achieve lasting stability and move out of
poverty for good.
