We are looking for an experienced, proactive, and highly organized Executive Assistant to support a senior Human Resources executive. This role will work closely with senior leaders and stakeholders across multiple geographies, serving as a key point of coordination and helping drive effectiveness across leadership activities, business priorities, and strategic initiatives.

About the Team
This role is part of a global team of eight Executive Assistants providing high-level support to Human Resources Executive leaders based in Slovakia, Switzerland, and the United States. The team works collaboratively across regions, fostering a culture of openness, knowledge sharing, and mutual support. Regardless of location, team members work closely together, readily sharing expertise and assisting one another to ensure seamless support for the HR leadership team.
This position will be supporting the Global Business Partner for P&C Re & the Americas who is located in New York.

Our company has a hybrid work model where the expectation is that you will be in the office at least three days per week.
The estimated base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $150,000. The specific salary offered for this or any given role will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to job location, scope of role, qualifications, complexity/specialization/scarcity of talent, experience, education, and employer budget. This means that we consider all components of compensation in their totality (such as base pay, short-and long-term incentives, and benefits offered), in setting individual compensation.
