The Executive Assistant I provides direct administrative support to the President, as well as, advises, assists, and represents the President on a wide range of issues and performs follow-up on his/her behalf. The Executive Assistant I is also responsible for coordinating all Board of Trustees and board committee functions with the President, as well as, provides assistance and coordinates activities for the President, and acts as a liaison to Board members.
Required Qualifications:- Require a Associate degree
- Require a minimum of four (4) years experience as an Executive Assistant at an executive level in a similar sized organization.
Preferred Qualifications:- Prefer executive presence and comfort with all levels of senior management.
- Prefer discretionary judgment and knowledge of hospital departments and programs, and the ability to manage sensitive and privileged information.
- Prefer exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Prefer strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and internet research skills, as well as, strategic calendar scheduling.
- Prefer ability to produce top quality outcomes and deliverables in a high volume/fast paced environment.
- Prefer the ability to prioritize multiple demands and respond in a timely manner.
- Prefer the ability to be self-motivated, work independently and shift priorities with flexibility.
