Our client, a leading investment firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to two senior investment professionals in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to two investment professionals
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
- Prepare and process expense reports
- Assist with presentations, special projects, and other administrative initiatives
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders while ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
Qualifications
- 2+ years of Executive Assistant or related administrative experience
- Bachelor's degree required; degree from a highly regarded university preferred
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
