As we continue to push the boundaries of what's possible, we're seeking an exceptional Executive Administrative Assistant to support our President & CEO. This is a unique opportunity for a highly organized, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and brings a calm, confident presence to every challenge. You'll serve as a trusted partner, managing complex priorities, interacting with senior leaders, board members, customers, and investors, and helping keep the Executive Office operating at its best.
You Will Make an Impact By:
Deliver high-level executive administrative support directly to the President & CEO
Own end-to-end logistics for Board of Directors, Board Committee, and Advisory Council meetings
Proactively drive Board calendars, agendas, large-scale events, and off-site meetings with internal and external stakeholders - executives, board members, customers, and investors - along with expense reporting and invoice processing
Manage the CEO's complex, frequently shifting calendar with full independence, coordinating seamlessly across other executive calendars both domestically and internationally
Architect extensive domestic and international travel - flights, trains, ground transport, hotels, visas - building polished itinerary packages and troubleshooting real-time travel issues on the fly
Act as a trusted liaison to external boards and top customers
Keep the Executive office running smoothly
Skills You Bring:
BA/BS required; MA/MBA a plus
5+ years supporting senior executive/C-suite leadership
A track record of building complex global travel itineraries
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to prioritize and deliver across multiple deadlines in a fast-moving environment full of interruptions and shifting priorities
Flexibility to work outside standard business hours as needed
Unwavering discretion with highly sensitive and confidential information
Strong Microsoft 365 skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) required; Adobe, Workday, Boardvantage, or Oracle experience a plus

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary Pay Range: $ 109,750 - $182,900 per year. This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law.
At MKS, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role.
Bonus: This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, in an amount to be determined by MKS [or as applicable].
