    Description

    Our client, an internationally renowned fashion house is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to their CFO in their beautiful Midtown office. This is a very busy role, so strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, extensive experience managing ever changing calendars and travel plans and strong follow up skills are a must. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of work experience as an Executive Assistant, and have an “all hands on deck” mentality. Candidate must be a strong communicator, proactive and hardworking. This role is great for a skilled EA looking for a wonderful place to call home for a long time to come. The ideal candidate will be out of an other corporate setting and possess the highest level of professionalism. This role is 5x days/wk in-office.

    RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Schedule meetings and manage both personal and work calendars for the Executive
    • Manage and book Executive’s personal and work travel 
    • Maintain Executive’s calendars and keep key people apprised of changes
    • Submit expense reports 
    • Keep Executive organized with meeting materials and immediate priorities (who needs what by when); this may include inbox management and communication/response strategies
    • Coordinate with peers on the Admin team
    • Ad hoc personal projects as needed
     
    QUALIFICATIONS
    • 7-10+ years executive and personal assistant experience in a fast-paced environment
    • Proven ability to collaborate in an administrative team environment
    • Proactive, forward-thinking
    • Ability to manage up
    • Exceptional judgment
    • Excellent written and verbal skills
    • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

    SALARY
    $(DOE) + Discretionary bonus + benefits

    HOURS
    9:00am-5/5:30pmpm + 24/7 avail via phone and email as needed
