About the Role 

We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to work closely with our CPTO and support the wider R&D leadership team. 

This is a senior executive support role at the centre of a fast-moving R&D organisation. You will help senior leaders stay focused on their highest-priority work, make sure important meetings and decisions are well prepared, and ensure actions and commitments are followed through. 

You will work across Product, Engineering, Data and Design, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the business. The role combines excellent executive support with strong judgement, communication and coordination, and will suit someone who enjoys bringing clarity and structure to a busy leadership environment. 

What You'll Do 

• Provide high-quality day-to-day executive support to the CPTO and wider R&D leadership team where needed. 
• Manage a complex calendar, travel and executive logistics, helping ensure leadership time is focused on the right priorities. 
• Prepare for key meetings and decisions by bringing together the right context, materials and input in advance. 
• Coordinate leadership meetings, reviews and offsites, including agendas, materials and follow-up. 
• Capture decisions, actions and commitments clearly and make sure they are followed through. 
• Coordinate across senior stakeholders so the right people are involved and information is available when needed. 
• Prepare presentations, briefing notes, leadership updates, executive communications and board materials. 
• Help senior leaders stay ahead of upcoming priorities, deadlines and dependencies. 
• Support leadership onboarding, leadership visits and other important team activities. 
• Provide coordination on selected R&D initiatives where additional executive support is needed. 
• Build strong working relationships across R&D and with Finance, People and the wider executive team. 
• Handle sensitive organisational, people and business information with discretion and sound judgement. 
• Use technology, automation and AI tools to make executive support more effective.

What We're Looking For 

• 5+ years of experience in senior executive support, ideally supporting C-level or senior technology leaders. 
• Experience as a Senior Executive Assistant, Executive Assistant or in a comparable senior support role. 
• Excellent organisation and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities. 
• Strong judgement and discretion when handling confidential or sensitive matters. 
• Excellent written and verbal English. 
• Strong written communication and presentation preparation skills. 
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders across different functions and locations. 
• A proactive approach and the ability to anticipate what will be needed. 
• Strong follow-through and attention to detail. 
• Good commercial awareness and the ability to understand enough context to prioritise effectively. 
• Confidence using technology, automation and AI tools to work efficiently. 

Nice to Have 

• Experience supporting a CPTO, CTO, CPO or other senior technology executive. 
• Experience in a scaling SaaS or technology business. 
• Familiarity with Product, Engineering, Data or Design organisations. 
• Experience supporting leadership teams through growth or organisational change. 
• Experience working across international teams.
