Executive Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the owner of two growing businesses: Covenant Youth Empowerment (CYE), a mental health organization focused on youth empowerment, and Debonair Fence And Lawn, a fence installation and sodding/landscaping company.

This role is critical in providing high-level administrative, operational, and marketing support across both organizations. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, can manage multiple priorities, and maintains professionalism when working with sensitive mental health matters as well as construction and client-facing interactions.

Key Responsibilities

Support for Covenant Youth Empowerment

• Serve as a primary point of contact for internal management and stakeholders, handling professional communications with sensitivity and confidentiality.
• Review, analyze, and summarize reports, data, and documents to support decision-making and operational efficiency.
• Manage the executive calendar, schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements as needed.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to program coordination, documentation, and compliance support.
• Prepare correspondence, presentations, and meeting materials.

Support for Debonair Fence And Lawn (Debonair – Fence & Sodding Company)

• Contact and build relationships with Homeowners Associations (HOAs), builder contractors, and potential clients to coordinate projects and opportunities.
• Manage scheduling for installations, service calls, and field teams.
• Create and produce marketing materials, including flyers, proposals, and client communications.
• Maintain and grow social media presence on Instagram and Facebook by creating, scheduling, and posting engaging content (photos, videos, updates) to promote services.
• Handle general administrative duties such as invoicing support, record-keeping, vendor coordination, and project documentation.

General / Cross-Organizational Duties

• Act as a reliable liaison between the owner and team members, clients, or partners for both businesses.
• Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems.
• Perform other administrative and operational tasks as assigned to support business growth and efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 2–5+ years as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role (experience supporting multiple businesses or in mental health/construction industries is a plus).
• Skills:
• • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Google Workspace, and calendar tools.
  • Familiarity with social media management (Instagram, Facebook) and basic marketing/content creation tools (Canva or similar).
  • Ability to review and analyze reports with strong attention to detail.
• Personal Attributes: High level of discretion and confidentiality (especially important for mental health work), professionalism, initiative, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
• Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• Must have reliable transportation and be comfortable working in a hybrid or flexible environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual Salary: $60,000
