We're seeking a highly professional Executive Assistant to become a trusted right hand to a busy Senior Executive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
This is more than a traditional administrative role. You'll play a key part in maximizing executive effectiveness by managing priorities, coordinating schedules, preparing for meetings, handling communications, and creating an exceptional experience for clients and professional partners.
What You'll Do:- Manage and optimize the Executive's calendar, priorities, and day-to-day schedule
- Coordinate meetings, travel, events, and business logistics
- Draft correspondence and manage follow-up on key initiatives
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and action items
- Build strong relationships with clients and professional partners
- Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and keep priorities moving forward
What We're Looking For:- 5+ years of Executive Assistant, Senior Administrative, Firm Administrator, or Director of Operations
- Experience supporting senior executives, business owners, or other high-level professionals in a business office (professional services) setting
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong judgment, discretion, and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, and Excel
- Comfortable working independently and making decisions with minimal supervision
- Positive, professional, and composed under pressure

Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
