UnitedHealth Group is seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to provide strategic administrative and operational support to the UHG Communications team and members of Communications leadership. This role serves as a trusted partner, enabling leaders to operate effectively, prioritize competing demands, and advance key business objectives.
The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional judgment, discretion, and professionalism, with the ability to manage confidential information and navigate complex organizational dynamics. They will bring experience supporting senior leaders in fast-paced environments, with strengths in executive support, communications coordination, event management, project execution, and operational excellence.
Success in this role requires solid critical thinking, sound decision-making, adaptability, and the ability to anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and drive work forward in ambiguous or evolving situations. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $34 - $60 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
