We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Business Unit Leader in a dynamic environment.
- Provide administrative support including scheduling, communication, documentation, expense reports, and event management.
- Attend meetings, produce minutes, and prepare materials for project pursuits and presentations.
- Manage vendor relationships, project documentation, and internal reports.
- Serve as the office face, greeting guests, handling calls, and maintaining office organization.
- Maintain CRM data, update project info, and participate in safety initiatives.
- Qualifications include 5+ years of support experience, construction industry familiarity preferred, strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, CRM, and willingness to learn proprietary systems. Some travel may be required.
