    Description

    Role: Executive Assistant

    Location: Washington, DC Metro Area

    Type: Contract-to-Hire

    About the Team:
    Join an established benefits organization with a professional, mission-driven environment. You will support senior leadership while collaborating closely with the broader administrative team.

    What You’ll Do:
    • Manage a senior executive’s calendar, meetings, calls
    • Coordinate domestic travel, itineraries, and schedule changes
    • Prepare correspondence, presentations, and meeting materials
    • Organize leadership meetings, events, catering, and related logistics
    • Communicate professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders
    • Distribute executive communications and maintain timely follow-up
    • Provide backup administrative support across the leadership office

    Core Tech & Skills:
    • 3+ years of executive assistant experience
    • Experience supporting senior leaders
    • Complex calendar and schedule management
    • Travel coordination and itinerary planning
    • Professional business writing and company-wide communications
    • Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
    • Strong organization, accuracy, and follow-through
    • Confidence working in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment

    Nice to Have:
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
    • Experience in benefits, financial services, or membership organizations
    • Event and meeting coordination experience
