The Campaign Enablement & Innovation team is seeking an Executive Business Administrator to deliver high-quality administrative and operational support for up to two General Managers. This role operates in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment and requires someone who can think ten steps ahead, manage multiple priorities, and execute with precision and urgency. This position requires the ability to take on a variety of roles, work in a dynamic environment, and consistently demonstrate attention to detail. Bachelors Degree in relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources [HR], Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Sociology)
OR equivalent experience.
2+ years experience serving as mentor to others.
3+ years experience reviewing and managing administrative budgets (e.g., for events, morale, travel, training).
Experience managing complex calendars, travel, and executive-level coordination
Proficiency in MOS (Microsoft Office Suite), particularly Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
Calendaring expertise, including managing complex schedules across leaders and time zones.
Highly detail-oriented with the ability to anticipate needs and think several steps ahead.
Proven ability to act with a sense of urgency, balancing speed with accuracy.
Self-motivated and proactive, with a track record of independently driving tasks and seeing them through to completion.
Direct, confident communicator who can move work forward, remove barriers, and help drive the processes needed to support business momentum.

Business Support ATR-D - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $31.49 - $51.97 per hour. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $42.93 - $59.33 per hour.
