Cracken is an applied AI lab building world’s first full kill chain proactive cyber platform. Built by cyber warfare-experienced operators and AI researchers Cracken keeps digital infrastructure resilient so businesses and societies operate.

We’re now looking for a Business Associate to support our leadership team. This is an execution-focused role combining business and executive support - ideal for someone who thrives on precision, efficiency, helping executives save time, and building automated systems.

This role is for someone who thrives in high-ownership environments and enjoys building systems that make organizations run faster and smarter. You will operate as a trusted operational partner to leadership and play a key role in scaling the company’s internal infrastructure.

    Who You Are

    • 3+ years in operations, client services, or project/program management (2+ years in tech required, ideally high-growth/startup).

    • Real, proven cases of taking complex projects end-to-end without guidance.

    • Real, proven cases of process automation with AI tools (LLMs, Zapier, Make, n8n, custom scripts, etc.).

    • Proficient in Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Jira, Figma; comfortable recording Loom sessions.

    • Familiarity with HR/recruitment tools (Ashby, Deel, Checkr).

    • Ability to work at high velocity -you get a task, and within hours it’s done.

    • Not satisfied with “just fine” - you move fast while aiming for excellence.

    • Exceptional attention to detail; proven ability to structure and execute flawlessly.

    • Startup mindset: ownership, speed, and ability to thrive with little hand-holding.

    • Strong English (C1+).

    Key Responsibilities

    Operations & Program Leadership

    • Own and manage critical operational workflows across legal, finance and leadership operations.

    • Drive cross-functional projects end-to-end, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring on-time execution.

    • Oversee preparation and management of contracts, NDAs, and operational documentation

    • Conduct rapid research on vendors, markets, and operational solutions, delivering clear recommendations and decision-ready insights.

    • Proactively identify operational gaps and implement improvements before they become blockers.

    People Operations & Recruiting

    • Own and continuously improve the employee onboarding experience and internal people operations processes.

    • Coordinate and streamline the recruitment pipeline, ensuring a smooth candidate and hiring manager experience.

    • Support workforce operations including compliance, documentation, and HR system maintenance.

    • Plan and manage business travel logistics and internal events.

    • Contribute to building scalable internal culture and operational practices.

    Finance & Administrative Operations

    • Own core operational finance workflows including invoicing, payment tracking, and financial documentation management.

    • Improve internal financial processes and reporting where possible.

    Systems, Automation & Process Design

    • Identify operational inefficiencies across the organization and design scalable systems to eliminate manual work.

    • Build and maintain automation workflows using AI and no-code tools.

    • Act as an internal champion for operational excellence, automation, and productivity improvements.
