EXECUTIVE CAREER COACH, MIT SLOAN CAREER DEVELOPMENT OFFICE, Sloan School of Management, to provide individual and group executive career coaching to Sloan Fellows MBAs, Executive MBAs, and MIT Sloan alumni; design and deliver workshops, webinars, and panel discussions focused on executive career strategy, leadership transitions, and lifelong career development; contribute to the development and enhancement of MIT Sloan's online executive career curriculum and educational resources; foster community engagement through speaker series, mentorship programs, and executive education initiatives, while partnering with student-led organizations to support career programming, networking, and employer engagement; collaborate with the Employer Relations & Recruiting team to share market insights that inform recruiting strategies and contribute to career communications, including newsletters, blog content, and career education materials.
