This leadership role is approximately **80% hands-on** , making it ideal for a chef who loves being in the kitchen, developing teams, and creating memorable guest experiences.Key responsibilities include:+ Supporting the day-to-day management of all culinary operations+ Assisting with menu development, recipe execution, and culinary innovation+ Playing a key role in a growing, high-end catering and conference services program+ Managing purchasing, inventory control, and product ordering+ Supervising, coaching, and developing a team of 6 hourly culinary employees+ Maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation, safety, and sanitation+ Ensuring efficient production and execution across multiple service areas**What We Offer**Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
