We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead the culinary vision and kitchen operations of a high-end, chef-driven fine dining concept. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a passion for exceptional food, team development, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead all back-of-house operations and culinary execution
- Develop seasonal menus and innovative culinary programs
- Manage food and labor costs, purchasing, inventory, and vendor relationships
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and P&L performance
- Recruit, train, and develop kitchen staff
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and quality standards
- Partner with front-of-house leadership to deliver an exceptional guest experience
Qualifications
- 10+ years of culinary leadership experience
- 5+ years as an Executive Chef in fine dining or upscale high-volume restaurants
- Strong background in menu development, cost control, budgeting, and operations
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and build high-performing teams
- Knowledge of Restaurant365, Toast, and HotSchedules preferred
- Strong understanding of culinary trends, food safety, and kitchen management
